How will the world end the crisis in Darfur, if it will at all? It'd require a bigger peacekeeping force than is happening anytime soon, and unfortunately world leaders are for the most part typical politicians. They'll talk, but nothing gets done. Darfur is just one of countless scenes of violence against civilians, but it is one of the worst ones. Something needs to be done, my questions are what, how, and will it actually happen?

Eventually something will happen, but I agree most of the politicians are in no rush. It's not exactly a major campaign issue, though it should be.

The UN really needs to do something way more than it is, but if it doesn't have the support of the powerful nations I guess it's kind of stuck. The thing is that none of the politicians need to care unless another politician does, so nothing happens.
